LUXURYSUMMERHOUSE

A beautifully located summer house, just released for rent out at Syðri Reykir, in the middle of the Golden Circle (Gullfoss, Geysir, Þingvellir) in Iceland. This is a two traditional Icelandic summer cottages side by side, rented out as one, or separately on a private property of about 10.000 square meters. With both houses there are sleeping facilities for up to 20 people. Each house contains 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, 1 bedroom with 4 beds (90 cm) restroom, kitchen, TV and DVD player. Grill, oven etc. Outside, a hot tub and a swimming pool. Comes with made up beds, towels, bath products, cosmetics (professional natural skin products) and all comfort ness needed. Rented out for a whole week from Friday to Friday but can also be negotiable. Included is the use of a golf gear (9 hole Golf course near by), fishing gear (just walk few hundred meters and you are by the river, licence included if required) Please contact me for further information and date, either by phone or email. Owner can also provide a rent car, pick up from airport etc. all according to your needs. The houses are also available for rent during winter time. But both the surroundings and the house are perfect for a winter fairytale, especially if you are hunting for the Northern lights.

Luxury summer house in the heart of the famous Golden Circle in Iceland with all comfortness needed to relax out in the country. The Golden circle is the most famous touristic area in Iceland for there are so many things to see. For example you are only 15 minutes drive from the extraordinary Geysir. And drive five minutes more and you are by the beautiful waterfall Gullfoss. The most famous tourist attraction, the historical Þingvellir is only half an hour drive from the summer house.

This is a new released private property and has never been rented out before. Suits perfectly, for big families, small groups or gatherings.

Both houses were build about 33 years ago, but were renewed by the next generation in the family, few years ago. Even the swimming pool has it's story. Syðri Reykir is at the district of Biskupstungur, wich is a large reserves of geothermal water. Situated in the center of south Iceland and only about 100 km from Reykjavík and easy to get to by car. A perfect base to have as you explore the wonders of Iceland. Within one hour drive from here, you are in the interior of Iceland, among glaciers, volcanoes, lavas, hot springs and what not. Experience peace of the nature, the black sands and the mountains surrounding the area. All at your own choice.


Activities

If you like golfing, there is a nine hole golf course just five minutes away, by car. Úthlíð is the place called. If you are looking to capture the catch of the day, the river is nearby the house, only in a walking distance.

For those looking for more adventures activities, Arctic Rafting is only few miles from the summer house. But they offer an exciting trip of river rafting down the white water of Hvítá. Also they have more options of action trips. Such as ATV(quad bike tour), glacier trips, horse back riding and more. Also at the Geysir area, they have horse rental and quad bike tours.
